(next phrases also "organization") with registered and operational headquarters located in Via Agnoletti 4 F/G, 42124 (RE) - VAT 02266790357, as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03 as well as Regulation (EU) 679/2016, relating to the "protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as free movement of such data", hereby informs you that the processing of your data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. Data controller's representative The figure of the Data Controller's Representative within this Organization is not foreseen as it is not necessary pursuant to the Regulation itself. Protecion data's manager The figure of the protection data's manager (also named Data Protection Officer- DPO) within this Organization is not foreseen as it is not necessary pursuant to the Regulation itself. Purpose of data processing The purpose of your personal data processing are different, but are united by the desire to satisfy your needs and will be implemented only with your free consent. We remind you that the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the website or for example using the "contact us" service involves the subsequent acquisition of personal data; we therefore invite our users, in requests for services or in questions, not to send names or other personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary, nor particular and/or judicial data pursuant to art. 9 and 10 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016. S.r.l. – VAT number 03148260361 which provides the hosting service. Studio I.T.C. S.r.l. was appointed by the undersigned Organization Responsible for the processing (pursuant to art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016) as a hosting company that guarantees the application of all the security measures referred to in the art. 32 of the Regulation necessary for the protection of the data themselves. Third part country data transfert No transfer of your data to a third country or to an international organization outside the European Union is envisaged (articles 44-49 of the Regulation). Period of personal data conservation Personal data is not stored beyond the time necessary to achieve the purposes of processing the specific data described here, unless longer or shorter retention periods are provided for pursuant to current laws. For the processing purposes indicated in Point 4., letters a) and c) of this information, and only with your specific consent, your personal data will be retained for the duration of any service requested or the resulting contractual relationship. In the event that, from such contact, a formal contractual relationship is established, your data will be retained in accordance with current legal and regulatory obligations regarding the maintenance of accounting, fiscal and administrative records and more generally of employment relationships. For the purposes referred to in Point 4., letter b) of this information, and only with your specific consent, the storage duration will be limited to your will and, at any time, you can revoke your consent.
